Common questions.

  • Is the worker side really always free?

    Yes. Workers will never pay AGCONN for profile creation, job search, applications, or skills wallet access. Our worker-side cost is covered by employer subscriptions and partner contracts. We will not introduce a worker fee in the future.

  • How does founder pricing work?

    The first 50 paid accounts across Field and Farm combined unlock founder pricing — roughly half off the standard price. Once the 50th paid subscription activates, standard pricing applies to all new sign-ups. Founder customers stay locked at their original price for the life of their subscription, regardless of renewals or how the cohort fills.

  • What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?

    Annual billing saves you two months — Field annual is $1,990 instead of $199 × 12 = $2,388 (founder annual is $990 instead of $99 × 12 = $1,188). Same features, just paid up front. You can switch from monthly to annual any time from the billing portal.

  • Do you accept Cal/OSBA or workforce-board funding?

    Yes. We invoice in formats compatible with WIOA, CDFA grant disbursement, CalOSBA contracts, and standard 1099 reporting. Procurement teams can request our W-9, COI, and standard MSA at [email protected].

  • What happens if I downgrade or cancel?

    Existing job postings stay live until their end date. Plan-gated features (worker search, scheduling, branded exports) become read-only on the next renewal. Cancelling at period end is supported from the Stripe Customer Portal — no calls, no retention scripts.
