Field Operations Coordinator
Be AGCONN's on-the-ground point of contact for growers, Farm Labor Contractors, and training partners across Tulare and Kings counties. Mostly in person — at packing sheds, FLC offices, and Ag Extension training rooms.
What you'll do
- Visit grower and FLC partners weekly. Help with onboarding, troubleshoot platform issues, gather feedback, and bring it back to product and engineering teams.
- Coordinate logistics for in-person training sessions in partnership with CDFA, F3, and CalOSBA — including room reservation, materials, attendance tracking, and certificate issuance.
- Handle escalations from workers and employers that cannot be resolved over phone or email; visit in person when needed.
- Maintain relationships with the Tulare County Workforce Investment Board and other regional workforce partners as the primary on-the-ground AGCONN presence.
What we're looking for
- Bilingual Spanish/English with strong written and verbal skills in both.
- 3+ years in operations, logistics, training delivery, or community-facing roles, ideally in agriculture or workforce development.
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to drive across the Central Valley three to four days per week.
- Comfort with software tools — managing tickets, syncing CRMs, and entering structured data while in the field.
Nice to have
- Prior experience working with farm labor contractors or growers in California.
- Familiarity with the local Tulare or Kings county farm community.
