Workforce Board Partnerships Manager
Own AGCONN's relationships with California Workforce Investment Boards, WIOA Title I delivery partners, and CalOSBA. Translate WIOA reporting requirements into product asks and back into successful adoption.
What you'll do
- Lead relationships with five to eight California Workforce Investment Boards, from initial pilot through formal adoption and renewal.
- Maintain deep working knowledge of WIOA Title I and Performance Reporting requirements; serve as the bridge between board case managers and AGCONN product team.
- Develop and own the partnerships pipeline. Quarterly forecasts to leadership, weekly stand-ups with operations, monthly reviews with each active board.
- Coordinate with engineering on PIRL data export integrations and audit-trail features that boards need to satisfy federal compliance.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years working in or directly with California Workforce Investment Boards, WIOA delivery, or related public-workforce systems.
- Hands-on familiarity with PIRL, Title I and Title III performance metrics, and at least one state workforce reporting system (CalJOBS or equivalent).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
- Track record of moving multi-stakeholder agreements from MOU to signed contract.
